About Us
Tennyson Securities was established on 1st January 2021 by the former primary team from Mirabaud Securities, and have been working together as an independent unit since 2006.
Tennyson operates as a team within FCA regulated Shard Capital Partners LLP.
Since 2010, the team has placed more Oil & Gas Exploration & Production (E&P) equity in London than any other broker or bank. We also floated London’s first crypto-mining company, Argo Blockchain.
Over time, trust and long term relationships have been built by the team with a broad array of institutions.
Services
Tennyson Securities has a specialist Sales team in Energy and Natural Resources, Media and Technology, as well as a Research team which includes a number one rated analyst in each of the E&P and Tech sectors plus an in-house geologist. And finally, a highly experienced Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team to structure and lead equity and equity-linked transactions.
